Q: What benefits do I get by using Swimming Pool Quotes?
A: For most people, getting a swimming pool or spa installed is a one-time project. Finding a quality installer can prove to be quite frustrating, as it is often difficult to compare apples to apples in such cases. Every project is different and comes with its own challenges and uncertainties. The fact that your neighbour is happy with his pool doesn't guarantee that the same builder will be able to replicate that in your property. We deal with quite a few of pool builders everyday. We know which ones are suitable for what jobs. We know their schedules and can ascertain which companies are most capable of building your type of pool exactly as you envision. Because we are independent, we can offer an unbiased opinion. With our experience, you start off way ahead of the game.
Q: How much is a custom swimming pool?
A: Because every swimming pool project is unique and specially designed for a particular customer keeping his or her needs in consideration, it is almost impossible to provide a price list. But our service is free and we can provide a guide price after working out the basics of project, just mention that in comments. That budget figure is yours to consider without obligation and go ahead only if you feel comfortable with it. Of course, the actual quotes may vary. |

| Q . Why
do we need planning permission? |
A.
Generally outdoor pools or spas do not
require planning permission unless
located in a listed property or area of
outstanding beauty. Indoor pools and
spas, as a rule, require planning
permission for the pool house, change
rooms and plant room unless these can be
developed under ‘permitted development’.
A local architect is most often the best
source of information but for a start,

happy to assist.
